Thinking of Buliding this

Hey guys just wanted your opinions on this build. I want it mainly for BF4 (hoping it will get me 60fps) and just gaming in general.
Here's the list any tips would be much appreciated:

Operating System: Microsoft Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit - OEM (64-bit)

Oh and do i need the optical drive to setup this up? like installation wise?

Well you can get a digital download of Windows and dump it to 4GB pen drive and install from that, a hell of a lot quicker too and very handy if you need to add AHCI drivers for the system to see your hdd's.
