Hey guys,
Im currently running 3x 24" monitors cos i loved the idea of having Eyefinity... after discovering that i feel Eyefinity (and surround) is just a bit gimmicky and its not totally for me... however i do love having my additional monitors for Comms/Websites etc...
... anyway as that bares almost no relevance but hey...
What im getting at is... im looking to be spending around £800 and there's a BenQ W1080ST which has had some seriously decent reviews... however is this projector good enough to play games on.
I'll list below what im hoping to get form using a projector;
Games played: Smite/BF4/CSGO etc.
Room is small so short throw required
Projector to be placed at std desk height, displaying top half of the wall (around 60-75" diagonal)
Pretty dark room, white painted wall.
Do YOU think this is a worthy choice or should i shut my gob and wait for 4k to become a reality and get a decent primary monitor?
Other options are available for discussion.
Cheers
EDIT: also, is response time an issue with DLP?
