I would get the 7950. Approximately the same performance, but the 7950 is much cheaper.

Considering the similar performance of the two, the tie-breaker is the price. The 7950 I listed earlier is $170, whereas the cheapest 760 that I'd recommend is $250 (http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=MSI-760TFC&c=CJ MSI Twin Frozr). For a difference of $80 you could get an extra 8GB of RAM, buy a game or two, save the money for a CPU upgrade, SSD upgrade, or other viable options.
