Hey I'm going to be building a cheap gaming PC, I currently have a FX 4350 and AMD 6670, I'm thinking of using a Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard. Does anyone recommend any cheap 8GB RAM and a 500gb+ hard drive?

Solution

hyperx 8gb 1600mhz 1x8gb
or preferably 2x4gb. Which is kinda cheap than corsair vengeance rams and gskill rams. And it does the job.

For 500gb, i recommend wd caviar blue 500gb which spins at 7200rpm. There's also a 1 TB version for this. which is about only 6-10 dollars more so i recommend 1tb version more.
for motherboard go for a cheap msi motherboard. They give best motherboards with best features at a very low price and its a good brand.
I would strongly recommend you the MSI 990FXA-GD65 which is a bit costlier...

I would strongly recommend you the MSI 990FXA-GD65 which is a bit costlier but you could crossfire with amd later as you are using a pretty much weak graphic card. You can add 2 graphic cards in this motherboard. So when you have some more budget to spend on add on another gfx card and combine power of 6670 and another that you buy in future for superb graphics.By the way be sure to buy a 1gb ddr5 instead 2gb ddr3 in 6670.
