Hi guys, can you help me decide what GPU would be more bang for the buck.

Sapphire R9 270x Dual X
or
Sapphire R9 270x Vapor X
or
HIS 270x

all are below $250

My budget is just around 9,000 - 10,000 php roughly ($209-232)

I was wondering is there really a big improvement over Dual X to Vapor X? if so should the cheaper HIS be out of the picture?

Primarily, i would be using my desktop for Work and Games esp. Battlefield 4 hoping to run it at ultra settings.

My rig would be

My monitor is not 1080p, its an old Samsung (forgot the name will edit later) its VGA and can only go up to 13xx x 7xx would this affect my FPS?

Or should i just go with this one MSI R9 270X HAWK 2GD5 256bit

TIA

Lower resolution means less GPU power required which mean higher FPS. As for the motherboard, i'd try to go for a 990fx chipset if you can afford it.
A 270x is a rebranded 7870-I'd go for a 760 for the same price ~$240
