The build I'm planning to buy: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/235yw

I know black friday is coming soon, but since this is the first time im building a pc, im not familiar with how cheap is actually "cheap" during black friday deals. I see that some parts like the i5 4670 is going for a little cheaper than the listed price, but I'm unsure if it will go even lower during black friday, or if the prices now is already the black friday deals. Does anyone know how early do websites like Amazon and Newegg start their BF deals for hardware parts?

*I live like 36 miles away from the closest Micro Center so perhaps that is also an option

More about : considered cheap parts

You said you're by a microcenter. The one by me just dropped the price on the 4770k to 200 which is less then the i5 you have listed there. Pretty sure you can still get the 30 off MB combo with that too.
They also have toshiba 2TB drives at 7200RPM for 75. Might want to check them out before you buy anything.

Yea unfortunately the one closest to me (orange county) doesn't have it at your price, and they are also all out of stock on i5 4670's

If i can find i5 4670 for $200, do you think its a good buy?

Well it is a good price yes but hard to say buy it when you can get the 4770k for the same price. Are you sure you can't? I just checked microcenter in orange county and their website says 200 and in stock. You do have to actually go there though, you can't by online.
Anyways yes if you can't get the 4770k then 200 is a good price for the 4670

When I go onto the micro center website and pick the Orange County/Tustin location, the price for the 4770 is $249.99. Not sure why we see different prices. I guess i'll wait til around the end of November to see if any website offer lower prices. A while ago Amazon had a i5 4670 for $200, but its been sold now.

For Micro Center, I know I have to go there personally to pick up the part, but I can at least pay for it online right? If I pay for it online they'll reserve the part for me to pick up in store?
