Newegg and buying online.

I recently ordered from Newegg and was happy with the results. But I heard a couple of horror stories of bad customer service from newegg about special sales not processing and then having to pay full price or items declaring they are in stock when they arent. Just wanted to know what y'alls experiences were pertaining to Newegg or any other online vendor.

I've ordered many times from Newegg and haven't had a problem once. Their customer support was great when I contacted them once as well.
