Upgrading from a 9800 GT to a GTX 760

I have an older build that I used as a gaming PC, however I haven't had much interest in PC gaming in the past few years. Thus, I've neglected the build and haven't upgraded it. Now that I'm trying to get back into PC gaming, I'd like to upgrade my graphics card.

I plan on upgrading my 9800 GT to a GTX 760. Will that be a sufficient upgrade to play Battlefield 4 at 1080P (preferably mid-level settings)? Battlefield 4 will likely be the most taxing game I play, so if the system can handle that, I feel comfortable with most anything else.

I know the processor is a bit slow due to its age, however I also plan to OC it to 3.2 GHz.

(Note: I'm aware that this will be taxing on the PSU. Nevertheless, it's my understanding that it should be able to handle the load.)

Motherboard: GA-EP43-UD3L
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
RAM: 8GB DDR2 @ 800 MHz
Video card: 9800 GT
Power supply: OCZ500MXSP
