Solution

3D gaming need a monitor with at least 120Hz and that monitor isn't even 120Hz.

That monitor might probably let you watch Blu-Ray in 3D, but it does not support Nvidia 3D vision. To use Nvidia 3D vision it needs a Nvidia 3D vision supported monitor and Nvidia 3D Vision kit.
With a single GTX 660SC, it may not be sufficient enough to run games in 3D, depending on the game settings. In this case, then consider on getting another GTX 660SC card and run it in SLI.

First, make sure that monitor does support full stereoscopic 3D. Amazon write ups have often been wrong.

But assuming it does, you just connect to it via HDMI and use a 3rd party software called Tridef to use 3D.

But be aware, passive 3D has makes the resolution 1920x540, so every other horizontal line is missing, which makes text very blurry and hard to read.

Im pretty sure it is full because ive been doing alot of research. Can u explain what full means to be sure? People have also been very pleased with this monitor. Only 1 person complained about the linesbbeing annoying so maybe he didnt set it up right. Btw doesnt the 1080p help the lines alittle bit? (New to 3D stuff)

The lines is not a setup issue, that is a design flaw. Passive 3D has lines between every other horizontal row, as every other row goes to a different eye. If you play with it closer to your face, they are more apparent.

3D still looks great, assuming the game works well. Which is the other problem going with Tridef, it doesn't get as much support as 3D Vision.

The advantage, however, is that passive systems don't have crosstalk issues or flickering glasses. They also fit over other personal glasses better.

It was a flaw? I thought thats how it worked. Glad to to ghosting wont be a problem with passive too. Ill get this monitor and c what i get out of it. Either way ill still have 3 monitors for gaming if it turns out bad XD

I said a design flaw. A flaw doesn't mean it wasn't designed that way. It does exactly that, intentionally. It is a compromise.
