You'll need to give a little more information than that ahmadumar. What processor exactly is running at 2.6GHz.

What for factor is your case? USSF, SFF, desktop, mid-tower?

Also 2GB won't be running those games well at all - barely required minimum of FREE ram is 2GB
Need for Speed; Rivals is 4GB min.

Take a look at the stickies at the top of the forum for useful info on how to ask questions and provide the info people will need to help you properly :)

Okay bad news first. 32 bit operating systems cannot handle more than 4GB of ram (and even then it can only use about 3.5GB of 4GB installed). So no Need for Speed : Rivals possible. Second if you are using windows XP you are going to want to upgrade to Windows 7 soon because XP will no longer be supported by Microsoft staring April 2014.

The good news is that you should be able to play the other games on at least lower settings with more ram and a new card- although I really don't recommend it because the games will be VERY slow and the graphics will be VERY low.

After checking the minimum requirements of the games vs. the recommended requirements I have to say I STRONGLY advise you to get a newer computer. I don't think you will be happy with your gaming experience in those games on that computer - I know I wouldn't and I really like GTA 5 and I LOVE driving games (the Need for Speed series is my favourite after Gran Turismo). I really didn't want to have to say this but you might want buy a newer computer (that way you get the new 64bit OS and have more choice and better value in what RAM and video card you get).

That being said, if you really have your heart set on spending 200 or more dollars on this computer (that you could put towards buying something new) you can get these games running.
First : I couldn't find a compatible RAM list from MSI for that motherboard. Try Newegg's memory finder app (at newegg.com in computer hardware section) That will give you a list of RAM to choose from
Second: You have PCI-E 1.0 or 1.1 (again MSI doesn't say which)
which sometimes has a weird problem with compatibility- some PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 cards will not be backwards compatible with the slot (this happened to me just last year with the video card I am using right now on a newer computer). Unfortunately there are not many (or none) PCI-E 1.0 new cards, which means you would have to buy used (and I would not advise that - personal opinion). This makes buying a new video card tricky because there is no way to tell if it will work other than to try it and see. You should get at least a GT 620 series card (or comparable radeon card - I'm not a fan so couldn't tell you which that would be).
Having said all this take a look at some newer used computers for around 200$ and see what you think. I have Dell OptiPlex 760 core 2 duo 3.0Ghz with 4GB DDR2 800Mhz that I bought in October for 150$. In the 200$ price range (that you would spend on parts) that leaves 50$ for an entry level video card
