Why my laptop cannot run Assassin's Creed 4?

I tried to play Assassin's Creed 4 on my laptop on low and very low settings, but the highest FPS i get is only 15-20 !!! even using the game booster and killing all other processes...
Can somebody please tell me why is it so slow :??:

My Laptop Specifications:
Model: HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC
Processor: Phenom(tm) II P960 Quard-Core 1.80GHz
RAM: 6.00GB
System Type: Windows 7 64-bit
Display Adapters: AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6550

your cpu and videocard dont meet the recommanded requirements.

thats for desktop but even ur cpu is too slow.

graphic card would do ok.

its worth a shot to try and run it at low but dont expect miracles cheers.

i tried to play on very low and low.. but the highest FPS i get is 19-20, if lucky.. and laptop starts overheating

1- the game itself is extremely badly optimized, even users with 780 Ti's are struggling to play it without fps drops, 20 fps isn't really bad for your laptop, the 6550 is weak, the processor is weak, and above all it's a laptop so you can't really expect to play newest games on it decently

If you want to play games on a laptop you need to buy a actual gaming laptop. Something with a PCI-E slot and a dedicated video card.
