Depends on what kind of video you mean. If you record your screen while gaming or working and editing that, than your setup is completley enough. If you go for editing vdieos shot with hacked GH2's, GH3's , 5DMK3's with Magic Lantern, or even Blackmagic Cinema Cameras, then no. The GFX card won't cut it at all. You need something upwards of a GTX 570/580 at minimum for RAW editing with minimum 16GB of memory and 2-3 TB of space. A GFX card that sports 3gb and more is needed if you run Premiere and i.e. DaVinci. This is all RAW though. For editing material with bitrates of 150 mbit/s + (like on the hacked GH2), the GFX card also won't cut it. At minimum you need something with as much power as a GTX 260 SSC. I have one, and i can tell you it's getting a bit troublesome with these bitrates. The CPU is absolutley adequat.
