Best cheap raid controller

Hi, i have a X58a-ud5 vers2 motherboard.

i have a raid-0 of 2 raptor WD5000BHTZ on the SATA3 Marvell SE9128. i wanna know if i can get better performance on a cheap raid controller. i already get an average of 200/mb write and 240/mb read. on bench32.

No, you will not get better performance with a RAID controller.
2 HDDs in RAID-0 cannot spin fast enough to saturate the SATA 3 (6Gb/s) ports. So you are currently getting the maximum performance of your RAID-0 array.

If you had 2 SSDs on the Marvell ports then you would definitely want to get a RAID controller card.
