Im in need for a $700-$750 Gaming System that will also do well in rendering videos.. This will also be my first system build. Now there are some limitations - (1) Can not absolutely go above $775. I'm on a very strict budget. (2) I would love to use the BitFenix Prodigy case. Nothing else please :).

You are severely limiting yourself by going with the BitFenix Prodigy as it is a mini-ITX case. Very few motherboards come in the mini-ITX form factor. You could get a better build by going with a larger BitFenix case or a different one altogether.

It's possible, but it will be more expensive. Are you fine with a mini-ITX system?

I was just doing a bit of research on the grpahics card and people recommend a 500W PSU Would having 20 more be enough? Sorry if I sound like a noob that has no idea about this stuff.

An aftermarket cooler is nice for keeping temps down, but it isn't absolutely necessary. You should definitely get one if overclocking and I would've recommended one but for your budget. Also, it will be hard finding a cooler to fit inside a mini-ITX case.
