Hei guys, I am about to start buying the computer parts for my first ever build.

To be very honest, I am getting extremely paranoid. I would like to ask you guys to please please please help me double check these parts again to make sure they are compatible without any problem whatsoever.

Something to note, I am in Canada thus all pricing are in Canadian dollars

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core Processor ($250.00)

Motherboard: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VI HERO Socket 1150 Intel Z87 Chipset ($219.00 )

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 DIMMs ($99.99 )

Storage:Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State ($149.99 )

Video Card: ASUS (GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5) GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 ($439.00 )

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 500R Compact ATX Case Black USB3.0 ( $120.00 ) (ALREADY PURCHASED)

Power Supply: Corsair Professional Series Modular HX750 80PLUS Gold Certified 750W PSU (CP-9020031-US) ($149.99 )

Optical Drive: LG Electronics 24X SATA Super-Multi DVD Internal Rewriter with M-Disc Support (Black) GH24NS95B ($20.75 )

Operating System: Windows 7 ($100)

Total - $1549.99 ( around $2000 including tax and shipping)

The computer will be use mainly for gaming and the reason for the rather large PSU is that I MIGHT buy another 770 in the future.

I am even thinking of changing the motherboard to Asus Z87-Pro (V Edition) just soo I can follow along this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0XMvS5I7AY) to make the building even easier and less intimidating.

Soo please advise guys

Another thing is that I encounter someone having issue with the Maximus hero and the 500R case in this thread.

I am worried that they might not be compatible.

Motherboard. Alot cheaper. Alot better.

Buy this memory:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233245
Its just 2 dollars more and it gives out speed of 2133 mhz that will be fast enough for gaming and multitasking.
With the money you saved with the motherboard, buy this for storing your games etc.

Not sure why, all those links just bring me straight to Newegg frontpage. Can you just copy paste the name of the parts ? I will check it on Newegg myself.
