Suggestion for good OC profile for AMD Phenom 955 and my computer build?

AMD Phenom II 955 BE 3.2Ghz 125w
MSI 870-G45 AM3
Radeon 6870 900mhz engine/ 1050mhz memory 1GB GDDR5 256bit
Kingston Genesis KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX 8GB DDR3 1600mhz (9905403-198.A00LF)

In the bios i have set my memory to run at 1600mhz since the default was at 1333. The current setting FSB: DRAM 1:4; clock cycles, 9/11/11/29/40; command rate, 1T

CPU Frequency in bios 19x (3800mhz), tried 19.5-20xx (3900-4000mhz) but unstable. Voltage fluctuates between 1.392-1.40. [But i could set my CPU to run 4000mhz using catalyst overdrive without problems).

My GPU is currently using catalyst GPU overdrive to run at 1000mhz engine and 1250mhz memory clock

CPU-NB is currently at 11x (2200), default is 10x (2000).

How would I set the CPU-NB frequency and PCI-E frequency to optimize the usage of AMD's HT and boost my GPU card? I have read other forums that increasing NB can boost performance, not sure how much and whether it is true.

MSI 870-G45 is as good as any board. Rarely do the MOSFETS fail on this mb. Only people that doesn't know what they are doing will destroy anything they touch.

None of the reference sites makes any mention on my mobo number 870-G45. If you're going to give suggestion at least give useful advice rather than patronize by trying to screw with me saying 'fine 7gz...or bust'. I highly doubt your professionalism and knowledge.

I'd have to agree with schmuckley on this and recommend that you do not overclock your cpu with that motherboard. Also the 870-C45 (mentioned in one of the links) has an identical vrm setup to your board.

We try not to make recommendations that would lead to damaging peoples hardware.

It can actually catch on fire. It's been known to happen multiple times.
I've flared up a couple motherboards,It's pretty scary:Not to mention eating several hundred dollars worth of hardware. It doesn't taste very good.Look..I already gave you the best guide on the web..what you do with it is your business..
Here's what I do with it :D

Anyways..cool off on adding voltage with that board would be my recommendation.
The BIOS will do it;The board won't.

Another option would be to put some ramsinks on the vrm and have some fans blowing on them, that would at least buy the OP some voltage headroom with a little less worry of a fire.
