Potential best bang for buck system

Hi guys,

So I decided to stop lurking and finally make a post.

This is a system I was trying to build to kill my console needs. I just wanted to get all of your opinions on this to see if it will be ok. The emphasis was on graphics.

I do plan to overclock the cpu too.

PSU is not good. Change it to Corsair, Seasonic, antec, XFX

The CPU will bottleneck that GPU. Change to the fx-6300 and an am3+ motherboard.

Could you give a little evidence as to why it would bottle neck it?

The CPU is very low end and simply not powerful enough to keep up with the GPU in games.

Thanks for that, so if I'm not playing CPU intensive games then it should be ok but it would be better to pay a little more for the 6300.

I would DEFINITELY get the 6300. I would not consider the 7950 to be useable with the 750k. You might as well just get a 7870 because you will be crippling it down to that performance anyway.
