Help with first (ever) PC build

So the season of giving is upon us, and I happened to stumble across some funds...

Anyways, I am currently in the phase choosing components for my PC and I was wondering where I could cut down on costs, but not completely overhaul the performance.

There are some things that I would like to not change, such as the CPU, the GPU, and the Case, and the Display.

Anything else is up for configuration. Also, are all the parts compatible?

Yes, the parts are compatible. It's your choice, but for most uses an i5-4670 and an ASUS Z87-A would perform just as well.
