Need advice to build a small powerful pc that only uses 300 watts.

I need to make a pc that can run Zbrush and blender as well as some gaming. The circuit I am on has only about 300 watts to work with. The circuit sadly cannot be changed at this time.

Budget is around $1500.

Here is a list of what I am hoping to fit into this thing.

I already have a mouse and keyboard, and I am going to use my TV as the monitor.

Total Cost: $1484.66 Estimated wattage is 339W

Is it possible to set some kind of power limit on the cpu and gpu to help get the

power down below the 300 watt mark?

Let it be known that though I have done some research this is my first time actually building a desktop. So I might be deluding myself on what is possible.

Get a cx 430.Preferably CX 500 or CX 600 by corsair. They're bronze certified,cheap and reliable.

Would bronze certified be efficient enough to keep the wattage down compared to the platinum supply?

Yep you should buy a 500w one. It will settle down your system.
