Looking for the best gtx 780 or 770

Im looking for the best buck for my money on gpu. Either leadtek gtx 770 4gb or leadtek gtx 780 3gb. Im upgrading from leadtek gts 450 1 gb. Is there any differents between those 2 ? and on the side note is leadtek , asus or any brand name what make them different from each other ?

Gigabyte Windforce 4GB model. They make one that's $10 more than the stock version with a good factory OC and the WF cooler is dead silent and very effective.

Asus also makes the DirectCUII cooler version which does a very good job, but the Gigabyte has a very solid rep. Either is a good choice but the Gigabyte is quieter.
