Use HD 5670 card or onboard i5-4670k / z87x-oc

I'm upgrading an arcade cabinet, and have a Gigabyte Z87X-OC motherboard with an i5-4670k CPU. 8GB ram (2 x 4GB). I will be overclocking.

The cabinets display is 1080x1920 via HDMI. Do I use the onboard integrated graphics, or keep the graphics card I have for it (Gigabyte HD 5670 1GB, GV-R567D3-1GI) ?

I don't need massively powered GPU as the emulators use CPU more than GPU. It is mainly mame but also up to Playstation / Gamecube. But I'd like to use whatever is better.

Any site out there that does onboard vs gpu comparison (as opposed to gpu vs gpu).

The 5670 should be quicker than the HD 4600 graphics that come with the 4670k

The HD 4600 is 60% quicker than the HD 4000 which would place it at the level of the 7800 GTX whereas the 5670 is at the level of a 9800 GT
