I'm looking to build a new computer for around $750. Here is a list of the parts I currently have picked out. Any input on the rig, or on suggested changes would be appreciated.

Don't get the Gigabyte motherboard. Get an Asus, for sure. Like a Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. Get a FX 8350 if you can. You so don't need 16GB of ram, get 8 and save some cash. Apart from that looks good!

Any reason you would choose the Asus over the Gigabyte? For basically the same mobo made by Asus it is $20-30 more. I have used both brands in computers in the past and have not had any issues with either.

I would seriously suggest replacing that PSU. It uses cheap capacitors and reviews on EVGAs low end PSUs are not kind. Also, you don't need that much RAM for gaming at all, yet. I see your budget is about $750 right? If so, here is one better -
