Using a Quadro and a GTX 780 in the same machine?

I'm a video editor and I have a GTX 550 TI right now, and I've been using it with Adobe After Effects and it works very well. But I'm going to be upgrading soon to a GTX 780. And I'm wondering if there is a way that I can run a Quadro 4000 alongside the 780, but not with SLI? Like setup CUDA and After Effects to use the Quadro, but run my games and such off of the 780?

Yes you can do that but you will need two discrete monitors each one connected individualy to each of the cards.
