How do you install a USB wireless adapter into a brand new computer build?

Hello,
I just recently built my new gaming PC. A buddy of mine said he would give me a USB
wireless adapter. I just got all the little kinks out of installing an OS, so
now its time for internet and I don't know what to do!
Any help is much appreciated.

Usually a wireless usb comes with a disk that has drivers. Plug in the device and load the drivers, from the disk (or download them from the manufacturers site) and it should work. It's pretty simple once you do it!
