Best ISO to usb bootable

I want to find a tool which can put an ISO on a USB flash drive and make it bootable, I've already tried two which have both failled.I'm trying to put Seagate's hard drive checking tool onto my usb (I don't have a disk drive). The tools I've found and tried (from other threds) are only compatable with Operating Systems)

I've always used unetbootin for Windows. It is extremely easy to use and fairly fast. Also available for Linux or Mac OSX via Sourceforge: http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

you cant just throw an iso file onto a bootable flash drive and expect it to work. You need to find out which OS the iso is booting and use the appropriate tool to extract the ISO and create a bootable flash drive.

Maybe there is something wrong with your ISO file.
I'm not sure, Are you sure?

I downloaded the seagate.zip from Hiren but the tool supplied in the link seems to be for getting ISO's off disks and onto the usb, I could try a tool like deamon tools. has anyone got a tool which will make the zip or .exe in the zip recogniseable and bootable?

I've found the answer myself, it's on seagates website the tools called 'seagate to windows' http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/item/seatools-win-master/

Now I've done it. I used 'Seatools bootable usb kit'. I downloaded it from some site an it uses Win32disk imager which wouldn't run the ISO downloaded from seagate but ran the one included in the package. I could then boot up seatools (unfortunately my hdd is f*cked).
