GTX 560 ti SLI - Downclocking problem

So, i brought some GTX 560 ti .. but the problem is, that i dont have the same brand on these two.
And my main reason is, that my two GPU is still downclocking for no reason.
When iam in a game in SLI mode ofcourse, my computer gets freezed and i must restart computer.
Guys please help me .. iam so i cant play anything till i get this fixed.
I cant get here logs cause its no helpful. but its still jumps like

flash the bios to the same as other one?
Be sure and save original BIOS 1st..in a couple of different places

What do you mean .. my BIOS doesnt gave option to clock GPU so

The video card bios. Read up on flashing gpu bios and you can flash them to have the same bios/clock speeds and your comouter will see them as the same card.

Im on my phone not my pc so no go on checking that youtube link. But there shoukd be some how to's here on toms or google flashing bios on "whatever card ur trying to flash" and something shoukd come up.

So the only thing i need to do ... is to download one of the newest nvidia gtx560ti bios files .. (f.e. Asus gtx 560ti 900/1050) and flash those two GPU with only one bios file to get same parametres ?
