Is this a good gaming setup?

CPU cooling Corsair Hydro H100i
RAM G-SKILL Sniper series 2 x 4 GB DDR3-1866
PSU Corsair cx 750W
GPU Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Toxic,3GB
SSD Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
HHD Seagate Desktop HDD 1TB - 3.5inch
CD-ROM reader LG DVR DL 24X,SATA
Operating system Microsoft Windows 8.1 OEM NL
Monitor LG 21.5" 22EN43T-B LED


Any advise welcome, it's the first time I will build a pc.
Also is it possible with this setup and cpu cooler to overclock it to 4.5Ghz?

fyi the sapphire r9 280x toxic sold out and u cant get it anywhere else also u want to get better ram cause your pc miht be a little bottlenecked with the ram go with 2133 mhz ram
