Is this PC build good? How could I save money?

So this will be my first PC build. My budget is about £1000 but if I can lower that cost, it's even better. I've used PC part picker for prices...So is this build any good? and can I get better quality/performance for cheaper anywhere?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

Heat Sink: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive +

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Thoughts?

Oh and somehow completely forgot the motherboard? any recommendations?

Dont use psu as heatsink but i would swap caviar black to blue there is no bigger difference than price but otherwise those are best bang for the components allrdy
