you can't push the button if it doesn't show up. same thing happened yesterday in a spam thread.

Should be showing up now on all threads. Will keep an eye out for this, and please let me know if it pops up again for you on any other threads.

button showed up yesterday sometime. it disappeared for me like for 24hour-----ish.
