Looking at a placeholder GPU to get me by until I make the bigger purchase.

Should I go for the super cheap placeholder(Radeon HD 5450) or just hold out until I grab my R9 270?

I'm in the process of building my Gaming Rig, and so far I have the following:
Case
PSU Corsair CX750M
MoBo Gigabyte 990FXA UD3
CPU AMD FX-4350
RAM Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB
HDD
Optical Drive(DVD combo unit, I don'w watch movies, so no blu-ray needs).
Monitor 22" Vizio TV
Win 8.1

All that's needed is a GPU(planning the 270 because it isn't much less powerful than the 270X, but there is a noticeable price gap), but as a place holder until I can afford that, I was thinking of grabbing a Radeon HD 5450. The card is here:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102882

At $15 after rebate, would it be worth it as a place holder for installing/testing everything? Can it handle even the most basic of gaming(MMOs, The Elder Scrolls series, Neverwinter Nights, Terraria, Baldur's Gate, etc)? Would it be a waste of $15?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Updated first post. Sorry, but I forgot to mention I'm running an FX4350 on a MoBo that does not have an onboard graphics chipset.
