Hi,
I have recently purchased a custom built PC, the parts were chosen by me but it was assembled by someone else.
I was wondering if i unplugged everything (to do a little cable management) what would happen when i plugged it all back in ?
Or rather, what would i need to do after re-connecting everything.

I dont intend to touch the processor or GPU its purely just to re-route cables.

Nothing.
If you just disconnect and shuffle cables around, then nothing changes. Even if you remove and relocate things like HDDs, it's exactly the same as long as they all go back into the same slots. If it's not something you are 100% comfortable with, make a list as you disconnect then check them off after to make sure everything is where it should be.
Computers are designed to be modular by nature, moving bits around is very easy.
