So a few days ago, I could use the internet perfectly, and then it stopped on my desktop. I can't get passed the "Identifying" stage on there, but it works perfectly with my laptop and phone. I've been looking around for a few solutions but haven't found one that has worked. I've tried resetting the TCIPs, rebooting the router both manually and from the admin site, trying to make a static IP, and using restore points. But nothing has worked. Here are some screenshots of everything I've seen that has been needed. All help is appreciated. Oh, and my router is a Cisco DPC3825, provided by ISP and is modem and router. ISP is Shaw.

Also, what do I have to do to make it DNS? I know how to set it, but I don't know what to do with it.
