Moving from console to pc :D will i have problems with this build?

Hello :D  i am thinking of building a pc (moving on from consoles) and i have a list of these parts so far. Is the power supply enough and do i need cooling system etc?

Specs:

Kingston 2X4 gb ram
AMD FX-6300 Six Core Processor Socket AM3+ 3.5GHZ
Corsair TX650 650W ATX 12V Single Rail 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 80PLUS Bronze Refurbished

You americans are so lucky :p  So many deals . I am from canada and when i switch the pcpartpicker link to canadian pcpartpicker it changes the price to 773$ :(
