Gaming Computer under 850

Hi I am new to computers and their components and i'm looking for a gaming rig under 850$. I was thinking about putting it in the NZXT Phantom ATX full tower case. I tried shopping around and looking for parts but i'm not computer savvy so naturally i'm overwhelmed at the amount of parts available and where to go. I'm concerned about fps in games and reasonable graphics. I'm thinking about a 15 inch tall and 20 inch wide screen. I want a computer that can run fast and can operate large games like skyrim, bf3, and crysis games. Please spare some of your time to give a suggestion or guide. Thank you for your time!
