Are the windows7 fx hotfixes worth it.

So I just got an 8350, and have enjoyed it immensely. One thing Im super confused about is: are the windows 7 hotfixes as great as tek syndicate make them out to be, or are they super buggy make your heat and power draw jump, or is it more of a YMMV kinda dealio. Ive heard it both ways and interestingly enough, the negative was someone on here defending the 8350 against intel saying that they increase power draw and temps. Id love to test them out myself, so any instructions on how to really effectively do this(ie benchmarks, clock speeds,ways to completely unistall) or just your general opinion, or experience with them would be greatly appreciated!
