Hey
So as i'm building my PC with nearly all the parts chosen, i still wonder what motherboard i should choose, it wil be combined with an i5 4670. But the main factor is that it has an PCI slot, and dolby digital live support!

I don't really care for amplified audio as i need a digital source for my Mixamp, which is an amp by itself

Some i found myself are:
GIGABYTE G1.Sniper B5
GIGABYTE G1.Sniper Z87 (180 dollar version)

If you know a good motherboard i would really apreciate it!

I use Asus motherboards- Asus Z87 Deluxe (or Pro). Audio is very good. I am not sure what you need dolby digital for- I never heard anyone saying- it would a deal breaker if it does not have it. Isn't it some silly encoder from 90th that makes music sound unnatural?

I need it because of my headset, buying a new headset would be a dealbreaker for me :p, but yes it is a surround sound encoder.
