How to Lower the Price on this Build:

This build has pretty much everything I want, but it is more expensive than I was hoping it would be. Do you have any recommendations to lower the cost of this build? I am building it for general use but especially gaming performance, so keep that in mind.

About the 770- do you think i should get the 2gb 770 for $330 or the 4gb 770 for like $370? Will it make a big difference?

Graphic card RAM amounts over 2 GB are always overkill unless you are running some kind of crazy setup with multiple monitors/extreme resolutions.
