I am going to be upgrading to two monitors (both 1080p) and have no clue how that is going to affect my gpu if any? I am going to be playing Tera Online and BF4 for the most part and wanted to know if the 660 would be fine or if the 760 is a worthy upgrade for $250?

I am unsure why you would want to upgrade to 2 monitors bc if you plan to game with 2 monitors, it won't work well. You need 3 monitors and its worth it for 3 monitors. Secondly, yes an upgrade to a gtx 770 is worth it. I would hope if you are going to get a third monitor in the future so I would recommend the gtx 770 4gb. I wouldn't get the gtx 770 2gb because you would need at least 1gb on each monitor to play with ease on high settings for today's games.

Decision: get 3 monitors buy a gtx 770 4gb, if you will never upgrade to 3 monitors then a gtx 770 2gb will do just fine.

My plan is to stream movies or multitask on the other screen while I play on my primary screen. The gtx 770 is a bit more expensive than I want. The question is whether or not my 660 will be fine doing that or if the 760 is worth the upgrade?

The gtx 660 is good for dual monitors. I am sorry I thought I read gtx 770. I believe te golden rule for upgrading gpus is skipping a generation of cards. So I would definetly wait for the next gen cards for a well worthy upgrade.
