Would like to finally get rid of this old 4GB stick and buy two new 4GB sticks. Need help finding something compatible with my mobo/CPU as I don't know a "whole lot" about PC parts.

Here's my mobo:

Here's my CPU:

Newegg has some nice deals on RAM for Cyber Monday and was hoping to take advantage of one of them. I almost clicked the order button on these bad boys, but noticed that on my mobo's specifications, it says under the supported memory "DDR3 1600(OC)". Does this mean I'd have to overclock my computer if I wanted to use those? If that's the case, I have no idea how to do that and would prefer not to if at at all possible.

Here's the link to the RAM Cyber Monday deals:

If there's nothing good there, any recommendation will do. Just want to finally bump up to 8GB and get rid of this old poverty 4GB stick that was someone else's spare.

I'm wanting to for sure go with 8GB total, but I'm reading into all this stuff about Cas Latency and can't decide on 1333MHz or going with the 1600MHz (confused with that because my mobo specifications say 1600(OC)).

Thank you!!

They officially don't support 1600 ram.
