Tablet that works with rs232

I am looking for a tablet that has rs232 or will work with USB to rs232, with good battery life, and a SD card slot (not mini or micro sd ) This will be for work so that's why I need good battery life and portability with that type of connection. I am considering an ultra book but I would rather a tablet with Windows.

Contact Symbol, they make business class portable systems and may have what you are looking for. Won't run on Windows though probably.

Any x86 Windows laptop will support a USB-to-RS232 converter dongle.

I'd buy an old Fujitsu Stylistic or Lifebook off ebay. Which one depends on Your budget and preferred operating system.

Pay attention to the cost of aftermarket batteries.

Look for one that can replace the DVD drive with a second battery, that way You can almost double Your battery life AND REPLACE ONE BATTERY AT A TIME, so You don't have to shut down the laptop to change the batteries.
