Hello everyone,
I'm very very very new about building computer. So lately I've decided to build a budget gaming PC as much little of money as I could. So I've came up with a list of components that gives me a $350 gaming pc. I will play mostly modern games, Gmod, Steam games, etc....And I already have a 1920x1080 screen atm, and I want my PC to run game at that resolution (Mid-High setting).

Now, I just wonder whether or not it will run. So here are few questions I want to ask:
1. Are all the part compatible with each other?
2. Will it run modern games, such as COD, BF4 at 1080P (Mid setting?)
3. How is the chance of upgrading in the future?

Now, these are the components that I've came up with:

1. GIGABYTE GA-H61M-S1 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

2. Intel Pentium G2120 Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz LGA 1155 Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80637G2120

3. ASUS HD7770-DC-1GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX

4. Rosewill FBM-01-450P Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case with 450W power supply

5. Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

6. LG 24X DVD Burner - Bare Drive Black SATA Model GH24NS95

The total cost before taxes is $383.94 (included shipping). After taxes is $441.89

So PLEASE tell what do you guys think? Is this a solid build that will last about 2-3 years?

Where is your ram? Can't have a pc without it. Good build and i don't think you can get much better then that for the money. Maybe try and get a 7850 powercolour or msi (they are the cheapest) instead of asus.
Q1-A1: It is all compatible but won't work until you install ram.
Q2-A2: yes
Q3-A3: no chance of upgrading. Weak mobo, dying platform (both ddr3 and 1155 socket), weak psu for stronger graphics.
