It will run battlefield 4 beter in the future when the r9 280x and the cpu will utilize mantle. It is a bit over your budget but it has amazing value for that amount of money.

Edit: For some reason the ram isn't listed. Odd, I definately put it there.
I recommend you pick either corsair 8Gb (2x4GB) or Crude Ballistics 2x4GB) or Ripjaws 2x4GB.
It will raise your budget to about 770 dollars. You can change the gpu to a r9 270x HIS or Asus model or downgrade the cpu to a fx-6300. Both options are viable.
You can also discard the 650W Power Supply to a 600-620W if you wish so, but only if you change the GPU.

the GPU has capabilty to do avg 40 fps at 1920x1200 resolution which is a very high good quality resolution @ Ultra settings in games like BF4. moreover R9 series GPU bundles with Battlefield 4 Digital download aswell which makes it a good deal!

CPU on its part does great job for budget gaming and multithreaded performance is amazing aswell!

Edit: above posters build has more capability for performing in budget build though but you will have to raise budget till 750$ as it exclude RAM
or just change the PSU to lower one as 650w isnt needed for single GPU and other components !

I love the build but there s one compatability problem. The Mother board that you chose has onboard usb 3.0 drives and the PC tower doesnt have slots for usb 3.0 on the front. Any other suggestions? you can go to your link and view the problem if you dont understand what I mean.
