Are 144hz 1ms monitors more expensive than 27'' and 29'' IPS ?

Is for example a 23.5'' 144hz monitor more expensive than a 27'' IPS panel or a 29'' ultra wide 21:9 ips panel ?

So you still choose the lg (5.000.000:1 contrast) over the acer (100,000,000:1 contrast) ?

First , i was going for the ''ASUS MX299Q'' , but it is now out of stock. Also its contrast ratio is (80,000,000:1) compared with the (5,000,000:1) of the LG. I hope there is no big difference in contrast between the Asus and the lg. If asking you which you go for between the asus and lg , you choose the Asus ?
