Need help selecting motherboard

Hi I'm building my first PC and need help with selecting a motherboard. I am getting an i7-3770k and a 4gb GeForce GTX 760.

I was thinkng about using an ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 Intel Motherboard:

Also the case has a built in 450 W power supply, should I upgrade the power supply?

If you plan on overclocking you'll definitely need more power than 450W.

Additionally, what is the make and model of the built in PSU? You'll probably have to get one that supplies more power.

However, you should still calculate your power needs here. If your power requirements fit well within the PSU's supplied wattage and the PSU is efficient and well built, you may not have to get a better PSU.

As for your original question, that looks like an awesome board. I think you'll be very happy with it!
