Need help selecting motherboard

Hi I'm building my first PC and need help with selecting a motherboard. I am getting an i7-377k and a 4gb GeForce GTX 760.

I was thinkng about using an ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 Intel Motherboard:

Also the case has a built in 450 W power supply, should I upgrade the power supply?

Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 30 amps)
An available 6 pin PCI-E and 8 pin PCI-E power connector
