Which SSD for OS?

I currently have my OS (Win 7) on this ssd

I also have one of these

My question is would there be any noticeable real world difference between having my OS on the Vertex 2 which it is currently on vs. the M4? If so which would be better? I know the read speed of the M4 is significantly higher, while it also has a significantly lower write speed.

The M4 is twice the speed of the vertex2 from the quick benchmark checks I could see, and I did look at randowm 4k where it counts the most, but if you would notice the difference in real world usage is questionable. I think maybe you would. If the M4 is empty you could clone to it and see for sure.
