Best Upgrade for GTX 470?

So, my budget is about 300-500$. I'm looking for a graphics card that will allow me to play next gen games in high settings, maybe ultra. Here are my current Specs:

rule of thumb is, three tiers up from your graphic card, and you'll fell the improvement..

so, at least any card from 760 will give you significant performance boost..

but for your budget, you'll get something much much better than just gtx760..
