Do all games support 4K resolutions?

Solution
All new-ish games do, yes.

That being said, you're going to end up SERIOUSLY regretting it if you buy a 4K monitor right now. Currently they have a plague of issues, require two graphics inputs, are slow and have very bad response times, and are silly expensive.

Doesn't it make a lot more sense to wait a little while until the tech has matured and you can get a 4K monitor for less money that works far better? Especially since then you'll be able to afford the graphics horsepower to game at that resolution as well?

If you have the hardware (and money I guess haha) you could still step in resolution, 4k is just a bit too new to be reasonably priced/reliable. They have a fair amount of 1440p monitors out there, although they are more costly than 1080p monitors obviously.
