Seems like my newer, better PC is worse than my last one!

My last PC, which I sold, had these specs:

CPU: Sandy Bridge i3 3.4ghz
GPU: EVGA Gtx 560
MOBO: MSI z68
RAM: Kingston Hyperx 1600mhz 2x4gb
HD: 500gb seagate 7200rpm

My new PC:

CPU: Ivy Bridge i3 3.3ghz
GPU: XFX HD7850
MOBO: Asus z77
RAM: G.SKILL 1600mhz 2x4gb
HD: Kingston SSDnow KC300 120gb

Both run Windows 7 64 bit. There's only one game that has been played on both systems so far, Black Ops 2.
On my old PC BO2 maps would load in just a few seconds. But on this new PC, which is essentially better in every way, the maps load much slower and by the time I get into a game the timer has already counted down and people are already running around. I'm confused why this is?

That might be it, which is ridiculous. At least I got a great deal on the 7850. $100 shipped about 3 months ago.

Loading times should have nothing to do with graphics cards.
Your old system and new system are broadly similar, the biggest difference being the SSD, which should mean that things load a lot quicker. If this isn't happening, it's probably indicative of some sort of fault, most likely with the SSD itself. If you have an alternative HDD you should try installing it to that and see if you get the same results.
