You might as well get an APU instead of that CPU and graphics card. And I'd recommend an XFX Core Edition 550W instead - or the 450W version, that's sufficient too.

For a budget build, you shouldn't be going with 8GB of ram - 4 GB will work fine.

the apu from amd has a better built in gpu then the nvidia option. if you can wait a few weeks amd dropping a faster apu in jan.

I would still swap to the XFX power supply, but more importantly: You need to get 2 sticks of RAM. 1 will NOT do when you're running an APU. It will pretty much cut graphics performance in half, because it's memory bottlenecked.
